- Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided ClassyChic is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- If this occurs file a claim with your local USPS. We are unable to replace packages damaged by the carrier.
- Delays are to be expected by carrier.
- Free shipping on orders $75 or more.
